Just look at the kitchen reno we did in Vic Park. That space started out bloody awful; even our agent was begging me to knock down walls to have any hope of it selling in such an upmarket suburb.
Having never done a high end reno in that particular suburb before, I didn’t know it all. But I’ll let you in on a secret, no one starts something new armed with all the answers. But guess what I did have? Confidence. I had faith in myself to figure it out and knew where to go for advice if I needed it.
